The Wylie Stars ministry provides parents, of special needs adults, who are 18 and older and have aged out of the school system, a night out. We provide activities that develop social skills of the adults with disabilities. There is no charge to the families.
Reservations are required for all participants.
Wylie Stars meets the 3rd Friday of the month from 6:00 to 9:00. Some of our experiences are Valentines and Fall Dances, Family Barbecue, Thanksgiving Feast, Christmas and Halloween Parties, game nights, and Beach Party.
Wylie Stars is a safe place where adult children are cared for based on their unique needs.
We believe God calls us to help our fellow man and welcome families of all faiths.
Our service is at no cost to the families.

Marvel has two adult special needs sons and is very aware of the challenges. Knowing the parents of special needs children need a break, especially families who have aged out of the school system, she wanted to provide a safe place for them to leave their children one night a month.
She feels blessed to continue this wonderful Special Needs Ministry at Our Living Hope Fellowship.
